I create perfectly imperfect characters whom you will not always like. You'll get angry at them, feel proud and happy for them, want to hug them and maybe even fall in love with them. You may not always agree with their decisions, but just like real life, everyone is flawed.

I'm not very nice to my characters, but at least you're entertained ;P
